Jeep Cherokee

The base 2024 Jeep Cherokee is the Latitude. It comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, heated exterior side mirrors, LED daytime running lights, LED headlights, and roof rails. The Latitude Plus trim adds fog lights, a windshield wiper deicer, and tinted rear windows, while the Latitude Lux trim offers the option for 19-inch alloy wheels. The new 80th Anniversary Edition trim adds a panoramic sunroof to the Latitude's features. If you upgrade to the Limited trim, you'll find 18-inch alloy wheels, a dual-pane sunroof, a power liftgate, and heated exterior mirrors.

The Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk is even more capable of handling off-road driving. It comes standard with off-road tires, an off-road suspension, and skid plates.

The base engine for the 2024 Jeep Cherokee is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder gas engine. It produces 180 horsepower and delivers 171 pound-feet of torque. A 3.2-liter V-6 gas engine powers the Latitude Lux, Limited, and the Trailhawk trim vehicles by generating 271 horsepower. The Latitude Lux and the Limited trims also offer an optional 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 270 horsepower.

All Jeep Cherokee engines work with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive comes standard in most trims, with Jeep's all-wheel-drive system offered as an option. The Limited trim offers the Active Drive II all-wheel-drive system, and the Trailhawk trim has Active Drive Lock with a rock mode and a locking rear axle.

The 2024 Jeep Cherokee has room for five people, and everyone has a comfortable place to sit. Standard features in the base Latitude trim include cloth upholstery and air conditioning. Upgrading to the Latitude Plus trim adds heated front seats, a power-adjustable driver's seat, and a heated steering wheel. The Latitude Lux trim upgrades to Nappa leather and offers dual-zone automatic climate control. The top-level Limited trim comes with driver's seat memory settings and the option for heated and ventilated front seats.

Drivers of the Jeep Cherokee Latitude will also find a 7-inch touch screen, a 12-volt power outlet, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, voice recognition, and two USB ports. The 80th Anniversary Edition trim has a larger 8.4-inch touch screen, which you can add to vehicles in the Latitude Lux trim. A Wi-Fi hot spot is an available option, and you can also get two rear USB ports, satellite radio, and a nine-speaker Alpine stereo.

Every 2024 Jeep Cherokee now comes standard with a blind-spot monitor, forward collision warning, lane-keeping assist, automatic braking, and rear cross-traffic alert. No matter which trim you have, your Jeep Cherokee will also come with lane-keeping assist, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and a rearview camera. Jeep makes automatic high beams available as an option. You can also get adaptive cruise control, a parking-assist system, and front and rear parking sensors depending on the trim.
