The Durango has the best-in-class towing capacity, and when you pop the hood, it’s easy to see why. It’s paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission to give you smooth and efficient control on the road. This combination also provides 26 mpg on the highway.

If you need even more power, the available 5.7L HEMI V8 delivers 360 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. Matched with an eight-speed transmission, this option allows you to tow up to 7,400 pounds. For the ultimate towing experience, you can choose the Supercharged 6.2L HEMI V8. With its awe-inspiring 710 hp and 645 lb-ft of torque, this engine option allows you to pull 8,700 pounds when equipped with the Tow and Go package.

Interior Comfort

With three seating rows, you can seat up to seven people if you choose the second-row bench seat option. Regardless of your choice, the well-padded seating and generous head and leg room allow everyone to ride in style. The front-row bucket seats provide 39.9″ of headroom and 40.3″ of leg room, while rear seat passengers have room to stretch out with 39.8″ of headroom and 38.6″ of leg room.

The driver’s seat offers eight-way power adjustment and four-way powered lumbar support, while the front passenger seat includes four-way manual adjustment. Both front seats are heated for extra comfort. Carrying Capacity

With all seats in place, you have 17.2 cubic feet of space in the trunk. Folding down the 50/50 rear bench seat increases this to 43.4 cubic feet, and a huge 85.1 cubic feet if you also fold down the second row. The two-seat second row option is designed to fold and tumble, quickly converting into a flat surface.
